We recommend booking Bridal Services as early as possible—ideally six to twelve months before your wedding, especially during peak season. Early booking secures your preferred team, allows time for trials, and ensures availability for group bookings and travel arrangements.
The Polished Bride includes a pre-wedding consultation and trial, professional bridal makeup and hair on the wedding day, touch-ups, false-lash application, and photography-friendly finishing products. Add-ons like extra trials, extensions, or upgraded lashes are available for an additional fee.
Travel fees apply for on-location services and are included in custom package quotes when your venue falls within our standard service radius. For remote locations we provide a transparent travel estimate at booking and confirm any fees before finalizing your reservation.
Yes. K-Tips is designed for group experiences and we coordinate schedules, multiple artists, and consistent styling for bridesmaids and family. Please share your party size early so we can allocate the right team, timing, and equipment for a smooth morning.
Schedule your trial about six to eight weeks before the wedding to finalize looks while allowing for hair and skin changes. Earlier trials work for initial planning; follow-up mini trials can be booked if major adjustments or color changes occur.
Our cancellation policy requests at least 14 days' notice for a full deposit refund. Within 14 days deposits are typically non-refundable due to staffing commitments. We offer rescheduling where possible and provide detailed terms in your booking confirmation.
